سؤال استفز الطبقة السياسية التي تحلم بالملكية البرلمانية ، والتي تراها تترنح يوميا على أيدي بنكيران من فرط تكراره لتعلقه بالملك إلى حد العبث ...

نعم إنه العبث عندما يصرح رئيس حكومة مابعد دستور 2011 أن الملك هو رئيس الحكومة بعدما ظن المغاربة أن ودعوا عهد الملكية التنفيدية ، إلى ملكية تركت هامشا كبيرا لبنكيران لكي يحكم .

حدث هذا اليوم بمجلس النواب خلال الجلسة الشهرية لمسائلة رئيس الحكومة حول السياسات العمومية ، في موضوع أوضاع الجالية المغربية بالخارج ، حيث صرح حرفيا أن" الملك هو رئيس المؤسسة التنفيذية للحكومة " كما أكد ارتياحه لهذا الأمر لكون الملك يوجد على الحكومة .

تصريحات بنكيران اعتبرها بعد المحللين بمثابة طلب دعم رسمي ملكي للخروج من أزمة تشكيل الحكومة في نسختها الثانية ، بعد الشروط التعجيزية التي فرضها حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار من أجل الدخول إلى الحكومة ."Benkirane surprised everyone: the king is the head of government???"
